Any thread used in production of Wool Pots is 100% cotton.
Pricing and Payments
All orders are trackable and tracking is emailed once your order has been fully processed.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, and we choose the best shipping method available for your location.
Shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier pricing. Any increased rate changes will be communicated to you prior to shipping for confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If a typographical error in the address results in additional shipping fees, these costs will be billed to the customer.
WoolGrown is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
We are currently only shipping within Canada.

Local delivery available. Use the code LOCAL at checkout exclusively for local delivery within the specified radius shown in the linked map. This code is strictly for eligible addresses. If the delivery address is outside the specified radius, your order will be placed on hold, and a shipping quote will be emailed for your approval.
Use the code PELLETS at checkout exclusively for material drop-off intended for pelletizing. This code overrides shipping costs and is strictly for this purpose only. Any misuse of the code for other purposes will result in your order being placed on hold.

If a refund policy applies to a specific offer, you must submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase to be eligible. Requests after this period will not be honored.
